<p>It depends, because remember, rolling means that they you can apply whenever you want, but if all the seats are filled, no matter what score you have, you will NOT get in. So if you apply early, like momsdream said, in october or something, you will most likely get in, but as the seats start to get filled, the competition gets harsher.</p>
