I didn't forget forget, I just didn't see it as an "activity" but my college counselor says its definitely an activity.</p>

<p>Just mail it to the college and ask them to add it to your application.
Unless the teacher advises the activity that you forgot, it probably wouldn't help for the teacher to mention it.
It also would be appropriate for your counselor to mention it.</p>
