If you guys are admitted by UCs, which senior courses did you guys take?
How rigorous or how similar courses did you take compared to your junior year classes?
Both my kids took classes as rigorous as their junior year (almost all AP classes - very rigorous). The only “slacking” they took was instead of overloading with 7 classes (students can sign up for zero period if they wish to take an extra class, or to get out a period early), they took a “normal” (but still full) load of 6 classes.
For both my son’s, they took more AP classes Senior than Junior year. 5 AP’s Senior vs. 3-4 Junior year. One son TA’d for his Pre-Calc teacher last period and other son opted to have no 1st period class. Again as @ClaremontMom stated, no “slacking” Senior year.
