II and IIc: What's the difference?

<p>What's the difference between the Math II and the Math IIc? My SAT score page gives me a score for the "Mathematics Level 2", while my target school requests the IIc.</p>

<p>My guess is that the II is obsolete and the IIc has just assumed the name "level 2"--am I right?</p>

<p>They are the same thing. And the test is officially neither Math II or Math IIC, but SAT Math Level 2. However, it is still common to refer to the test by Math IIC.</p>
