<p>It looks like Illinois residents can now participate in the Midwest Student Exchange Program. </p>
<p>I thought they could before. I’m sure I’ve seen L&C Community College listed for a while (and IL only has Greenville in there besides LCCC). Too bad Ohio doesn’t participate.</p>
<p>Illinois did not participate before. The two schools in IL just started in the program June 2011. </p>
<p>Adding the IL schools is nice but the big picture is that IL students can now get the tuition discount at participating schools in the other Midwest states (provided they meet the requirements of he chosen school.</p>
