<p>What makes University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's undergraduate engineering department highly ranked?
Why is this college's engineering department so great?
More specifically in civil engineering? </p>
<p>I have not been to the campus and I can not visit at all right now.
But I am a high school senior searching for great civil engineering schools.</p>
