I moved two schools and dont have all the phone number and email information of all the people in charge of activities. What should I do? I kno its not required but will they not like the fact that i just listed things? and can u send in a resume to them? Need help thanks

You don't need to list the phone numbers of ppl in charge of your EC activities, i don't think anyone does that. Even if this information was provided to the college i doubt they would ever call.

I left out some of the contact info, or I just put an email address.

but it says that in the format explanation one must provide that info...i guess ill just not include that stuff

y the hell is this thread called UIUC ?????

Because the question is about the UIUC application.

UIUC did not used to request the contact info for EC's but is now because it intends to start doing some random checking of EC's like the UCs now do to assure students aren't fibbing. However, if you do not have the contact info do not worry about it and just give info you can. Nevertheless, if you can provide the name of the teacher/coach/head for the EC, you should also be able to easily provide a phone number -- just provide the general number for the high school that you went to or organization involved, which you should easily be able to find in a phone book (on-line or otherwise)
