Illustration majors - MICA, SCAD or MECA?

My D has been accepted to all three schools for the fall of 2013. I've read as much as I can find on all three schools. My D was absolutely charmed by SCAD but from where we live, it's not easy to get to and they aren't nationally accredited which kind of bugs me. I've also read comments from students about the large teacher turnover, inefficient bus system and sketchy areas in and around SCAD.

MICA is certainly well regarded but it too is in an "iffy" area of Baltimore. It feels fine during the day but at night (when most artists are out and about), it's kind of scary. I worked just a few blocks south of MICA for almost 10 years so I know the area well. I also worry that MICA may be too rigorous. My D is a hard worker and is passionate about art but she is ADD and I worry about her managing it all.

MECA is soooo small so I worry that my D won't get a true college experience. The staff was really wonderful and I liked that they seemed to be able to really treat the students as individuals. I also liked that they were all about creating "working artists".

We are really struggling with this decision. HELP!

P.S. I was SHOCKED that we received the MICA acceptance this early...Has anyone else been accepted Regular Decision for Fall of 2013?

Yes December 23rd is early to hear back for a regular decision application
Are they rolling admissions?

She received her acceptance letter on December 20th (including a nice little handwritten note). They do not have rolling acceptances as far as I know.
