I'm curious about which school everyone would choose (CS/STEM Major)

Major: Computer Science, OOS for all of them. Please don’t consider costs (I’ll make a decision based on them personally later).

I am currently primarily interested in software engineering. However, I don’t consider myself 100% super into CS. I would appreciate having some academic flexibility (while still maintaining a very rigorous CS foundation), which is why I haven’t yet committed to the most tech-oriented school. I do plan on either continuing my studies and pursuing an MS or MBA in grad school (probably after working for a few years).

All of these schools appeal to me on a personal level in some way, but I live abroad in a country with a very severe COVID situation currently, so I haven’t been able to visit, making it incredibly difficult to decide. I’m interested to see what the general opinion is:

  1. Georgia Tech
  2. Duke
  3. Rice
  4. USC

You can’t go wrong at any of these schools.

Have you looked at the 4 year plans of study to look at the differences in requirements and upper level available CS offerings?

Ease of changing major?

Location? Ease of travel?

And you should be considering costs.
