I started practicing for the sat at around early july i got scores around 1170 slowly improving my scores as I took more and more practice tests, from the Princeton Review Books. Recently I have completed all the tests from Princeton Review and the baron books and practices with its tests. Now been one week from the test I of the sudden start getting scores around 1150 and most recently 1050. I am really scared of what will happen during the real sat test. Any advice is helpful thank you.
I recommend going to the college board web site and taking an official practice test. https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat/practice/full-length-practice-tests. A number of things can affect a score on any given day–lack of sleep–bad allergy day–etc.
The only other advise is to relax and remember that you can take the test more than once.
Thank You that helps a lot, I heard that the baron’s books are much as especially as you progress forward.
Improvement is usually not linear so keep calm and focused. Make sure you carefully review the explanation for every incorrect answer you receive, every article on test prep says this review of the incorrect answers is critical.
