I'm not sure anymore O.o

So I just finished my freshman year at Penn State. I started off with a pre-major in Astronomy/Astrophysics. My first semester I had 19.5 credits. That was way too much! I had to drop physics and both my chem classes(though I do plan to take them at a later date)(together their too much). I kept my math class hoping that my second semester would be better and average out with a C(which is needed for the major). I realized that astronomy/astrophysics program is way too strict for me. I wanted to at least have a minor in a language. So my advisor and other people are creating a B.A. program called Astronomy and Planetary Systems. It hasn't been approved yet so I've been taking classes that would fit a wide variety of science major. I really want this program to be approved because I really like astronomy.
This past semester, I did good in all my classes except my math class(calc). Yes, this is the same class I took my first semester. This time I wasn't stressed out and I did better on my quizzes and homework(meaning the grades ranged from A-C+), but when it came to the finals I barely passed. By the way, I took the same class with same teacher as my first semester because the professor was good. The problem is I can't manage to get a good enough grade on the finals to get the grade I need to average out for the class. It makes me wonder if I'm in the wrong major if I can't get the grade I need in that class. I'm confused and not what sure to do. As of now, I was going try to take the same class over the summer at a college near home and transfer the credits back to Penn State but I'm not 100% sure if what I'm doing is right and is my major right for me.

Taking calculus at another institution from another instructor is a good idea – as much as you like your other prof, it might have been his approach that was preventing you from really getting the material.
