I took the SAT in May last year and i'm taking it for the final time in December, but the USC application asks for me to put my scores on it. I can Put the May scores from last year but I don't want to wait to get my scores for the December one to submit my application. Should I just submit my Application with only the May scores, because collegeboard is sending them the Decemeber scores too and also I'm going to send them a print out when I get the scores online. Do you think that would be okay? I just don't want them to think the one I put on my application are my only scores. What should I do?

Yes, you can apply before sending scores. Your app will not even be reviewed for admission until it is “complete” which means all things are in including official scores from the testing agency. So until you send official scores no one who makes decisions for admission is even going to look at your file. Moreover, it goes by official scores from the testing agency and not what you put on app to determine admission.
