I am currently calculating my GPA for applying to Cornell next near (grant it that I get A+s again this quarter) and Ive been putting the wrong grades into the GPA calculator if you know what I mean. Ive been stating my grades as follows.

A-90-100
B+-85-89
B-80-84
C+-75-79
C-70-74

Is that right?

And if say I get a B+ on my report card and that means a B+ is from 85-89, does that mean the college will recalculate my GPA?

You have me confused, sorry. Here are the typical cutoffs from what I know:
A- is 90-92%; an A is 93-96%, and an A+ is 97%-100%
B- is 80-82%; a B is 83-86%, and a B+ is 87-89%.
And so on.

However, conversions to a 4-point unweighted scale (meaning no extra weight for an honors or AP class) allows for some comparisons. As such, in calculating an unweighted GPA on an unweighted scale. you would allot the following for each course grade:
A = 4.0 while an A- = 3.67 and a B+ is a 3.33
B = 3.0 while a B= is a 2.67 and a C+ is a 2.33
