Hello everyone!
My question is ,will the admission officer take my circumstances into account? I moved to US 3 years ago, took AP and Honors classes even though had English barrier, speak 3 languages(currently taking 3rd year of spanish), first generation student, URM, tons of extra curricular activities, and several school awards. My problem is that I don't have good SAT scores and my gap is 3.7(weighted).
Is it even worth to apply?
Thank you very much :)

Dude can you tell me where did u get accepted to? I am having the same question! THANKSSSSS

I definitely think you should apply. It is a common misconception that SAT scores have the greatest importance in a student’s application. This is especially false for holistic admissions, which is how Columbia’s admissions process is.
