<p>How strict of a requirement is it that students complete the Immunization & Health History form prior to moving into the residence halls? Since tomorrow is move-in day, would they still give you a grace period and allow you to move in?</p>
<p>Do it ASAP. If something happens to you and you can’t give info/don’t know your health history it can be harder to treat you- physician here. Should be easy to do online I presume.</p>
