I know this has already been brought up, but I need some help still. I'm a Sophomore in high school and took french grades 7,8,9, and will complete 10. The way my school system works is they split french 1 into 2 years, 7Th. grade and 8Th. grade. I'll be honest, Im pretty bad at french. I got mixed Bs and Cs in 9th grade and currently have a 81 average in the class now. It is my least favorite class and causes me the most stress. I am considering not going on to French 4, which i can tell already, will not be pretty grade and stress wise. I already have 3 years of french completed, which is what most collages recommend, So I am thinking I will not do french next year. What do you guys think? Is this a good decision collage wise?

I started HS in Spanish 2 because I had 3 years of Spanish before that but my Freshman grade was bad, but I worked hard in Soph year and wound up in Spanish Honors in Junior year. Keep working at it! They like to see upward trend.
