hi, you have good ECs, but your PSAT score is not quite up to par for these schools (best way to put it lol) but don’t worry, it’s completely possible to bring it up! I had a pretty low PSAT score as well, and when I took the SAT in Dec, I got 230 higher! I feel that this year the PSAT scores were screwed up since most of my really smart friends got lower scores than they should have and the average kids did way better than anyone would have expected. Anyways, don’t worry about the PSAT, it doesn’t count, but if you get in the 2200s for the sat, you have a chance of getting in to Cornell, NYU, and UPenn. I am not familiar with Syracuse, but I do know that practically NO ONE gets into princeton from my school. Last year, 0 ppl got in, and my school is reallllly competitive. Perhaps it is because princeton wants ppl from other states. Anyway, what is your weighted GPA?

Thank you for helping and saying that in such a nice way :stuck_out_tongue: I didn’t prepare for the PSAT but I definitely will study very hard for SAT. I am a bad test taker though, because under the pressure I stress out and psyche myself out. I’m not sure what my weighted GPA is, my school doesn’t tell me. I know that I get .2 added because my school is pretty difficult and I got an A in my AP class last year. This year I’m getting A’s in my AP classes as well. I probably won’t get into Princeton but I’ll apply anyway:) Thank you for being honest and helping!
