Improving your Critical Reading + Reading Speed

<p>To be a Pre-Med student, it seems as if reading quickly and effectively is needed as well as good critical reading skills for the MCAT. I am currently a rising Senior in high school and would love to get advice from Pre-Med/Med-Students about possible methods of improving my reading speed and critical reading skills.</p>

<p>I know that reading anything will improve my reading speed, but what is the most effective for reading and critical reading combined?</p>

<p>Read journals. The Economist seems to be a pre-med favorite. Otherwise, suscribing to things like Nature couldn’t hurt either.</p>
