Track people call this wind sprint, Cyclists call it interval training, and I dont know what swimmers call it. The other after exercise pain will go away. If it does not then change your diet. It’s just lactic acid build up. To get faster stronger use interval training, to get strength and endurance go farther each time. Endorphins kick in with endurance exercise. Endorphins dont help the pain of anaerobic, nothing really does thats why it’s always a pain.</p>
