In-person portfolio reviews?

<p>Specifically for design schools (and even more specifically for Carnegie Mellon, although information about other schools is welcome too.)</p>

<p>During in-person review, do they ever ask you to do a live demonstration of your skills? Is it possible they'll ask me to draw something at the review?</p>

<p>You go in with your portfolio. The reviewer will flip through it and may ask question or ask you to describe each piece or look at it with awe. I don’t think a live demo is usual.</p>
