<p>I am wondering whether I can be considered in state for either gaining acceptance to UMD or just for paying in state tuition. Here is my situation:</p>
<p>I lived in Maryland until I was 13 and then I moved to PA. My dad still lives in Maryland so I can claim residence with him, but I will graduate from a PA high school next year. I've seen a few websites regarding this such as college board's information but it seemed unclear regarding my situation.</p>
<p>I am basically looking for a yes or no, not a link to one of the pages I have already looked at.</p>
