In what month do most juniors take the SAT?

January? March? May? June?

I'm just curious because I plan on taking it in January and then June.

sd6-that sounds like a good plan of action.
For my DD, she elected to take it in June of her Junior year-and just did one sitting.

I think December or June.

Most of my friends who were in Honors classes took it in March, the ones in regular classes took it in June or are going to take it in October

I think about 3/4 go for March, and then the rest are split between May and June.

Oh, remember to sign up for the PSAT so you can qualify for NMS!

Most take it in March. Since the PSAT results come back in December, it gives juniors about three months to study their weaknesses the most. Most of my friends took it either in March or May.

Wow, I didn’t expect so many answers so quickly!!! Thanks for the advice guys, I just wanted to know when it was common so I know I’m not doing something totally crazy.

i took it in october of junior year.

i’m taking it in october, just want to get it over with for a hectic junior year

I took my first SAT January of Junior year.

I’m taking it October of junior year as well. I really don’t want to be testing in Jan, March…

I’m taking it in October, along with the PSAT.
