Incomplete Items Outstanding?!!

<p>The Purdue Portal says my IGCSE certificate (external exam) has not yet been received. </p>

<p>First of all they would not know I even took the IGCSE exams if I didn't SEND THEM THE RESULTS. </p>

<p>Second of all I have signed proof of delivery of my documents from DHL! </p>

<p>third of all I sent the results in late January, almost three weeks ago</p>

<p>What the hell is going on? What should I do? </p>

Purdue asked me for my IGCSE certificates and they told me to upload on common app thru counselor
it was uploaded on 22nd january and yet it shows items pending
