Inconsistent Information

Hi!

I have just realized that I filled out some information wrong on the Common App, and I have already submitted the CommonApp for some of my schools. If I were to correct the information now and send the Common App for other schools, would colleges check with each other about for their application to review consistency?

No but you need to contact the schools that received the inconsistent information and tell them the correct information. Otherwise if admitted and they discover it your acceptance will be rescinded.
