Indian : Should I apply REA or Regular for Stanford University?

Hey, I am an Indian living in Dubai in the 11th grade currently.
I was wondering whether I should apply REA or Regular for Stanford University. I have heard that applying early increases the chances of getting accepted. What should I do?

Applying early does give you a statistical advantage

Note: the ‘statistical’ advantage is due to a higher proportion of well qualified applicants.

Several top schools (eg harvard) have explicitly stated on their websites that applying early will NOT give you any practical advantage. The higher acceptance rates are only due to a more competitive applicant pool.

REA might show that you are interested in Stanford more than other top schools, but at the same time, you will be compared to a pool VERY competitive, more qualified than Regular.
