lol thanks guys but as i said before I didnt apply to HPYSM !! Anyway the only ivy i applied to was Cornell that too it had excellent food (jk) ( Princeton review rates its food in the top 10 though ) and I heared Indian food is a regular there too!!

Hmmm I really like the consultancy idea too. I can be an expert in the top-middle range schools like Northwestern, NYU, Washu etc etc. Furthermore I am a really good editor if that helps. ummm what else, I can help out with life in the US i guess. Others i think everyone is really good at it.

Most people seem to think that Princeton doesn't send likely letters to anyone other than recruited athletes, which would be entirely in keeping with their somewhat baffling no publicity policy...

is it too late to send a reccomendation letter of any kind to mit/harvard/upenn?? and fax can rite rather than air mail>>

just send it. The worst they could do is throw it in the trash right?

essay and interests sent :)

OK people I need help with Physics practicals- is there any formula for connecting the angle of deviation produced by an equilateral prism of known index to the angle of incidence?

Princeton serves desi food? wow...how many of u guys are veggies? I am...

Sucharita Im surprised

dont u know this basic formula refractive index=sin(60 +angle of deviation)/sin(60/2)

akash thats the formula for minimum deviation not just plain deviation. I'm not that stupid.

Anyway don't bother because I've just finished deriving the deviation formula.

oh and for the records the formula you gave for minimum deviation was WRONG :p

I'm a vegetarian...kind of. It would be more accurate to say I'm a lacto vegetarian...no and ovo lacto vegetarian who eats chicken when there is nothing else to eat and spends the rest of the day taking regular doses of anti histamines :p

neha1, harvard does conduct interviews on a selective basis. In the EA round, only 2 out of 3 applicants from my school were offered an interview
