Indiana University Honors College or Johns Hopkins University

Hello, I am seeking help in deciding whether to attend Indiana University Honors College or Johns Hopkins University. I have already been accepted into both of these colleges and now I am looking for someone to help me decide which one to choose. Here are some of my circumstances, I am planning on majoring in chemistry (eventually going to medical school for anesthesiology) and I don’t know if IU’s reputation is good enough for top tier medical schools. Another one of my issues is that since I live in Indiana, the tuition for IU is significantly lower that that of Johns Hopkins, and my financial aid isn’t great since I am in the upper middle class. So for the most part, my question would have to be, how comparable is IU’s honors college when stacked up against Johns Hopkins? Thank You to anyone who answers.

I am puzzled because you was accept by Hopkins ED (no EA for Hopkins) which is binding. How can you have a choice?

I’m guessing he still has a choice, since “binding” just means (as far as I know so far) that he likely only had to send in some deposit $ to hold his ED spot at Hopkins. He could still change his mind and just forfeit that deposit.
@Brian1397 , which place do you think you’d be able to get a higher GPA? (Since, that might affect your med. school choices, later on?)
