Indicate any special talents or skills that you possess?

Hello!

I am an eager high school senior who hopes to attend Georgetown this fall. (even though I am not a statistically strong applicant…) :slight_smile:

I decided last minute to apply to GU, but I have a question about a part of the application. What does the “Indicate any special talents or skills that you possess” box mean, and what is GU looking for? Are they looking for something like knowing another language? Playing an instrument? Knowing all the flags around the world?? Or possibly awards?

What makes you unique and different? How would you add to the diversity of the incoming class if you were to be admitted.? What do you bring to the table or why should we admit you? It is chance for you to display you knowledge of Georgetown and what it has to offer and how you as a unique applicant would be able to add to that.
