<p>I want to get into a really good I-O Psyc program and it seems my options are pretty limited in terms of what schools offer an MA in this area. I'm considering Columbia's Teachers College, NYU, and George Mason for their masters program. </p>

<p>Question is, what GRE score would I need to get in? I think George Mason would be a good fit considering I want to leave the "big city life." In any cases what are my chances? I've read somewhere that Mason has become very selective (Columbia and NYU already were) so I don't know if I would get in...new to the GRE.</p>

What research did you do? Did you publish? Are your LORs good?
