Info on these Film Programs Please

I am a current senior, who has been accepted to all the film programs I've applied to. Those being: Hofstra, Drexel, Temple, Ithaca, and some others. The websites of these schools provide little information on the specifics of study.

If anybody can answer any of these questions about the previously listed programs, it would be appreciated.

Using Proffesional actors- which of the schools do it? I know Drexel does for "big" projects, but I'm not sure how much I like the idea.

What projects to expect- Film programs, although all ending in the same degree, differ greatly. Does anybody know which of these schools are more student film creation based, or more technical side and editing based?

If anybody has any info whatsoever, even if it doesnt answer my questions, it would be helpful.

2: excellent question to ask the schools you have been accepted at…not people on CC…call the schools in question

What Rodney said. Call one of the profs, visit or both.

There’s a whole cc forum to search and post your questions on:

[Visual Arts and Film Majors - College Confidential](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/visual-arts-film-majors/)

Also there’s another web site which you can find pretty easily, which is just dedicated to film schools.
