International Applicant - Disadvantaged?

I am a rising Junior. I am leaning heavily towards the math and science side. I would be very interested in applying to MIT. However, since I am an international student, I can not apply for Early Action. I also understand that MIT has a cap for the number of international students accepted.

Here are my stats. I think my ECs are quite 'weak'. But is it true that MIT are more objective and look less at your ECs? Is there anything I should do the increase my chances of getting into MIT?

Would qualifying for USAMO significantly increase my chances?
