I am a freshman at a community college right now and want to pursue an international business major. I was wondering of I can transfer to UC Berkeley or any other university as a Junior student for this major or if i need to apply as an freshmen and if so what requirements there are.

profile: I have been an honors student in high school and achieved a 4.12 gpa with a sat score of 1900(low, i know). I am able to speak 4 languages fluently (english, korean, chinese, and japanese). I have not yet finished a full semester of college at my community college and I have also joined the honors program at the college.

I was wondering what my options are if I want to pursue International Business as a transfer student.

Thank you.

Depends on your community college GPA. try to get 3.8+.

First here are the rankings for the schools:
[International Business | Rankings | US News](http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges/rankings/business-international)

Depending on your location some schools will be easier to get into than others, i.e USC-Columbia (in SC) vs USC in California. Your GPA is pretty good weighted but what is it unweighted? Getting into International Business at any of the top 8 is rather difficult (I’m not sure after that) and in some cases getting into the University itself is difficult (UPenn, UMich, NYU)

Can you retake the SAT and increase your score? ^Also, I agree about the high GPA.
