International + Business ?

I just got accepted at Michigan, and I'm happy about it because it's a great school.
One of the reasons I applied was because it has a great business program. What I really want to study, though, is international business or something that where I can implement business in the real world. I know that Michigan has neither an intl business or intl relations programs. Ross does have concentration in public policy and there is a poli sci major....
Does anyone have some sort of opinion/idea on this? Woud Michigan be somewhere I can follow these plans?

Also, Ross has a 5 year program, right? (as in 5 years for undergrad+MBA)

bump......

You can double major with LSA (it takes 150 credits) check the website, I think I read it there somewhere. I would also like to bump this to know about the MBA program.

But they don't have an international relations major or anything I don't think... that was my question, mainly
