how about warton and ivy league/princeton/mit? especially MIT

UPenn = Wharton (it's the business school)

MIT has a great general business program, but it does not offer a specific international business degree.

Aha, ok, thanks :D

University of South Carolina has the number 1 ranked International Business program and it is inexpensive to attend - worth a look!

Buyer beware. The question is mute if you go to a top ranked college like Wharton, etc. But everybody is marketing 'International Business'. PA Mom is right South Carolina is a legitimate program. Bottom line. If you want to major in International Business make sure that you are at least bi-lingual (South Carolina requires extensive language arts). I, however, know of a top 50 LAC in PA that offers International Business that my colleagues (a competeing LAC) consider a joke.
