i've always wanted to study in the states but my parents insist going to grad schools will be enough since the tuition is really expensive. I think my parents can afford it, they just want to me to get into ivy league, which is almost impossible since my gap is low. I didn't know how to count gap until junior year, therefore i realized it was too late for me.
My dad graduated from Harvard, my mom graduated from New England Conservatory of Music, both of them are top schools. I have so much pressure, cuz i don't think i can be so successful like them. Will it help if i say my parents have grey influence on me? cuz both of them graduated from top schools? hopefully, anyone here can help me?

and i really want to get into USC, hope there are chances!
