Hi, recently I’ve been hearing about schools in Italy, Germany (even though you have to know german), and several other countries that allow for U.S students to come and take Undergraduate classes with very little or no debt. I guess firstly, do these colleges even truly exist? Since it sounds so antithetical to 30-40k graduate I always hear about, and if so would any one be able to point me towards these colleges or something that gives me decent and accurate info about them? Some additional info that may help is that I want to learn Korean, and some other European language like Italian, although these are just my main choices and I’m down to learn other languages also, and that I’m thinking off following either a Medical or Engineering path in college. I’m 17, going to be 18 in July and I think that’s all the extra info that’s really needed.
what language have our studied in school or do you speak, what level have you reached
what’s your budget for college
what our stats are, in particular if you have AP classes and which ones
Note:
medical school abroad is very difficult due to the recruiting process being linked to their secondary school system and doesn’t prepare you for us medical schools.
lots of engineering programs, some of them tuition free or nearly free but you need to know the local language
Downsides : no campus life, no campus, no career center, no tutoring center. Basically you’re on your own, most students commute from home or live in small apartments all over the city and socializing is difficult because of it.
