International High IQ Test

Okay so i got a 138 (don't hate, i know you all got better scores but hey... i still qualified) on the test and i was wondering whether it is worth it to pay the 80 bucks to be a member.

And does it help if you put it on your college App.?

Thank you for your help.

The High IQ society? I think it would be better to join Mensa via comparison of the two, but it's your choice. Anyhow, I doubt it would help.

I qualified as well and I've not joined -- I'd rather use my intellect for my own projects and studies.

Yea, i know...i won't join unless it will actually help me out in life in terms of employment or colleges or placementr or whatever...i already know that i am a smart person and i don't really need an IQ test to tell me that...

(what about Mensa? would mensa help on College admission or employment?)

High IQ societies aren't really useful for college admissions -- they're just a place where people with high intellectual prowess can get together and enjoy the company of others with similar abilities.

It can also be used for bragging rights, I suppose.

Gracias for the helpo...btw you arab??

No problem! Oh, yes, I'm of Arabic speaking descent (Egyptian) :)

Lol..Libyan right here...do you plan on puting African American or not?

Oh, on my college profile that I filled out I just put white...didn't give it much thought, though.
