I was talking to freshman S1 about International House as he is fluent in two languages and fairly advanced in two more (two western, two eastern.) I thought he might like living there as he would have more opportunity to use his languages. His concern was that he had heard it was kind of a party scene there. He’s an engineer who likes quiet. Is there anyone on this board who has lived at International House? Are there a lot of parties and do they go very late? If yes - if you retreat to your room will it likely be quiet there? Any insight appreciated.
