It has been only 2 /12 weeks since I dropped off my son at GW for his international relations study at GW. So far he has been enjoying his time at GW.

In just this 2 weeks, he has had the opportunity to interact with the US-CENTCOM General, he was able to shake hands with the President of Namibia who was just strolling around the corridors of Elliot School…:slight_smile:

I am not sure you get this in many other schools…

Yes, there’s such a constant stream of politicians and world leaders through and around campus thanks to the State Department and events held at Lisner Auditorium. Plus, you never know who might be teaching a seminar for the semester (ambassadors, former Sec Treasury, etc).

Add Secretary Ash Carter to the list. He will be speaking in the Lisner Auditorium soon.
