<p>I’m applying for Brown and I saw on its website that Brown has IR as a program and Political Science as a department and that IR doesn’t seem to provide Master’s Degree and PhD. If I’m going to go on for graduate study after undergrad and personally I prefer IR, which should I choose? Can a “program” be chosen alone?</p>
