<p>George Washington University(called International Affairs here). The Elliot School is amazing and I recommend anyone interested to check it out.</p>
<p>Harvard, Columbia, Stanford, Hopkins, Georgetown...Best way to do this is to look at the departmental websites and look at the professors. Another way of doing this is to try and find course readings lists and see which professors the major university IR classes are reading. These are rough indicators but give you a sense of the department right over the internet.</p>
