Sorry if there are many threads like this already but please help me, it's URGENT. I have to do standy testing tomorrow and I don't know how to pay. Can I pay by credit card? My parents dont have any cheques drawn from US banks. Will I be billed to my home address? Please help! Is there anything else that I need to know for standby. What time is a good time to get there if regular test takers get there by 7:45?

I did standby testing once. All you have to do is talk to a supervisor on the test center and she will give you a paper/form that you will have to fill in. I got there at the same time as the normal test takers, then at the end of the test I filled in the form and handed it to the supervisor on my classroom and everything went well.
I payed by credit card. You have to take the number and the info. on the card (like name of the card holder) it will be easier if you just take your parents credit card so you can fill in everything there.

What the above poster said, but you should get there earlier than the others do since standby testing is done on a first come first serve basis and you dont want to be the one drawing the short end of the stick…

Thank you so much. So it is possible to pay by credit card for internationals?

Yes, if i remember correctly the sheet they give you to fill out your registration information will also have a section for you to put in the name of the person on the credit card, credit card number and expiration date etc. so make sure to bring the card with you or to write down all the information on it.
