Please I'm an international student applying to Stanford. I won't need financial aid. I also preside over a religious organization with a membership strength of 2000 drawn from Nigeria, Kenya, France, USA, UK and Canada. I have two AMC silver medals as well as a host of national level awards. I am part of the executive council of my school's ICT club and a Member of the editorial board of my school year book as well as the president of my school's student government. I also helped distribute food to the less priviledged in my area.My school doesn't't calculate gpa but I have only high As , there's no B on my transcript. Supposing I score above a 2200 on SAT and my essays and recs are ok. Do I have any real chance? Thanks

Stanford is a reach for everyone so apply and hope for the best.

It’ll be tough considering you’re international. I would aim for 2300+ on the SAT. Also, what do you mean by AMC silver medal?
