International student, my chances of getting into top universities in US

Hi just joined college confidential.I have lived in Sweden and the US, currently in Sweden and am fluent in both languages. Right I just finished my first year in high school and keep in mind in Sweden there are only three years of high school. I go to an international school (one of the best schools in all of sweden) in an IB program and a few days a ago I received my grades for the pre-ib year. I have 4 A's, 3 B's, 2 C's and 1 D. In Sweden its definitely very rare to get all A's and my teachers still consider me one of the brightest prospects although the grades look somewhat weak. I feel I got robbed in some subjects but my opinion wont matter. Also understand that in Sweden there is no A+ or B- etc only E, D, C, B, A and fail. The grading criteria is also very different. What am worried is that if I do really well in the IB, get a predicted score of 40+, have strong extra curriculars and do very well on the SAT's, is there still hope for me to get into ivy league schools. Also does anyone have an idea how they look at international grades since it is a different system than in the US.

2 Cs and a D? Idk about Sweden’s grading system but if it’s anything like the US system you have practically no chance at the Ivies.
