<p>Hey mate, I’m not really sure what that means. There seems to be two different discussions going on in this thread, international exchange students and transfer students. Got no clue what a transfer student is, I just applied through my home university for two quarters and got accepted, not sure what else to say about it.</p>
<p>I Don’t even have any idea how difficult it is to get in, I have very good grades but it may well be that I could have gotten in with average grades, no idea.</p>

transfer international
and exchange program…</p>
