<p>i am so sick of my essays (the ones i sent to yale) that i dont want to look at them anymore. I don't want to overdo it either...but obviously they werent that good in the eyes of the adcoms. haven't started my princeton essays either; that's got to be bad...</p>

<p>Yeah it does. Even if i had gotton in at Princeton I would have taken a semester at Melb Uni just get myself back into the studying mood. Ormond College it is baby! (or Newman)</p>

<p>Hey, Kj, I wouldn't have recommended a semestre at Melb Uni before Princeton had you been accepted ED. My counselor told me of a guy who was also accepted to Princeton ED and decided to take a semestre at a Korean school before going to Pton. When Pton found out, they rescinded his admission.</p>

<p>And great news for me (no...im not bragging ;)) I got a message from a guy who works in the Penn adcom and he said I wont be pooled with the Koreans, and will most probably be with the norwegians (hopefully 0 applicants this year) I'm sooooo damn happy! now all i need is the elusive 2200 on the SAT and I should be kinda set :)</p>

<p>yup callthecops. I was really expecting an acceptance, some courtesy for Jordan for Gods sake(and I'm an American and Iraqi, same as you call!! how unlucky could we be)!!! I just had my Brown Interview, and guess what? Bad news again, the only one who has applied Rd till now. My interviewer said that admission is blind, meaning that they put me in the whole pool and choose(I dont stand a 0.000001% chance if he's right!!!!!!!!!)</p>
