International Students: When to Finish all Immigration Documents?

I'm really new to this immigration documents procedure, and my parents don't really know about it either, but when should we be finished with..

1.) CAQ (Certification of d'Acceptation du Quebec)
2.) Study Permit
3.) Health Medical Exam/Health Records

Any Information about this process would be really helpful! I did look at the McGill site, and it was quite confusing on when we're supposed to start and get this stuff all in.

Thanks!

You are supposed to start with the immigration procedures as soon as you receive your McGill Acceptance. Both the permit and CAQ need to be ready before you arrive in Canada so the sooner you obtain them, the better.

You must first apply for CAQ for studies (Period of study in Québec | Gouvernement du Québec)

Once you receive your CAQ, apply for a study permit. Depending on which country you are from, there are different requirements and procedures for obtaining a permit. Whether or not you require a Health Exam also depends on your country of origin (<a href=“Application to study in Canada – Study permits”>http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/student.asp</a>).
