All right, as I see, no one is interested in students' morality in college... Only with legality...

Besides the fact that college dont have the resources to monitor where students vist if they could it would be a gross invasion of privacy and most certainly would be prohibited or illegal. Just as a somewhat unrelated example the police officers at my school are no longer allowed in the dormitories without reason (they cant just come in and walk the halls) because some people got in trouble when the officers were in the dorm just walking around because of the smell of some ganja. While not directly related it is a somewhat similar example. As for porn or whatever rytis was refering to if its an arguement of Morality its not really your place to judge other people because of the simple fact you dont share the same morals as every other person.

It would not take any manpower, because it is possible to code such a program which monitors DNS queries and when it gets some kind of suspective xxx www address, it can make an entry to some database with computer's MAC/IP address, which can later be viewed by administrator and/or college morality guards.

that would still likely be a full time job for at least one employee. Monitoring "possbily questionable sites" that college kids visit. I mean, it's college kids... how many collegehumor hits would come into that database daily?
