What’s Stanford’s policy on alumni interviews for international students? When will they start telling applicants about these interviews?

I think that they try to interview all applicants (at least that was what I noticed in EA). I applied RD, and I got a call from my interviewer today asking me to schedule an interview.
I’m an international student who applied SCEA and I did not get any interview. They will only interview if they have alumni interviewers in your country. (http://admission.stanford.edu/application/freshman/interviews.html) I got in without the interview, so now worries if your country isn’t on the list the hyperlink shows.
