Interviews

The MIT interview is not something to fret too much about. As people have said before, it is a time to show off who you are and what you are into. Many people who apply and go to MIT tend to be on the introverted side so if you are an outgoing person, this may be evident in your interview but not so much on your paper application. In my case, this I think proved to be an advantage for me. I tend to be a very social person who is at ease talking to complete strangers. I honestly feel as though my MIT interview content-wise was my worst college interview that I had, but I guess I still managed to portray my interactive and personable side.

Mitsoph: I'm glad to see that if I do really bad at the interview, I can still get accepted by MIT. Thanks for replying. :)

Visali: Tell me about yourself.

As anyone whose ever conducted an interview can tell you, there's a difference between someone trying to be likable and someone being genuinely likable. Generally speaking, you can tell when someone is not being themselves...

River Phoenix: I PMed you.

Olo: I guess you're right. I don't think I'm that worried anymore. I mean, I still have to take my SATs and fill up my requirements. If I don't do that, then the interview isn't going to matter. Thanks for your help. :D
